From where I’m from,Malaysia, that is,we speak a variety of languages apart from English.
    Happy birthday Jomo!
In Malay language: Selamat Hari Jadi
In Chinese language: Sheng Ri Kuai Le
Even in Chinese we actually have a variety of dialects to choose from depending on our heritage but I’m gonna pick one that is easier for you to pronounce, that is Cantonese.
In Cantonese: Sang Yat Fai Lok
    And last but not least,
Saengilchukhahmnida~~ (my grasp of the Korean language is pretty much limited heh)
    HAVE A GREAT ONE! 😀

    May God give you…
    For every storm, a rainbow,
    For every tear, a smile,
    For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
    For every problem life sends,
    A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

  8. jomo143 says:

I also want to thank Young-hoon for making that sign and hanging it up on the incense before it disappeared. What would really be a great wish is if LJW suddenly disappears and shows up at my house….I”ll not tell what I want after that…. 😉

    • shelhass says:

I LOLed at the library because of you. Everybody is giving me the stinky eye now. Gee, this people has no idea how hard it is to read anything related to LJW and NOT laugh, cry or swoon.

      and Happy B-day again!.

Happy birthday, Jomo!! All the languages I can offer are already in the earlier comments, so I’m just gonna wish you a FABULOUS birthday, from wayyy over here in Singapore! ^^ Hope you’re having a blast!

    • jomo143 says:

      Thank you!!
The second largest group of readers on this blog is from Singapore (after the States, of course.)
Am I very Singaporian in my humor? Can you present a theory on why? (I don’t think you could possibly be reloading the page that much!!)

  12. Julia the Berkshire Beanie says:

Why save themed parties for Sweet Sixteen? I say you should throw a KDrama themed party and invite all your favorite Asian actors, KPop music groups, with a Korean buffet fit for royalty. If you can imagine it, then do have some sweet dreams tonight 🙂 Wish I were a billionaire and could throw this bash for you and all the other KFans around the world. Congratulations!

    • jomo143 says:

Wouldn’t that be fun? Even if someone did a drawing for a trip to get 5 folks from 5 spots on the map together. It would be fun to hear about it!
      Thanks!

      • Julia the Berkshire Beanie says:

Saw on the OT about a Korean Film Festival in Wales, and for a moment I thought “Hey, I wouldn’t mind visiting Wales again and meet a few more Kfans and Whovians.” Summer vacation!

  13. total_newbie_to_k says:

Herzlichen, wenn auch verspäteten, Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag!

Happy, if belated, Birthday in German. 😉 Delurking at the same time and outing myself as a Nine fanatic. Sooo good. 🙂

    • jomo143 says:

      Standing ovation for the DELURKING!
The first step is the most difficult, I know. I was on Dramabeans for a while before I posted, and even then, it was as Anonymous.
Welcome to where we live and die for NINE and for LJW’s stubbles n creases. 🙂 ♥
      Thanks for the wishes!
